November 2001 - Windalco gave $36,000.00 towards our GREAT THINGS programme, to specifically assist with the building of the Campus Centre.

Omni Insurance Services Limited also gave $25,000.00 towards GREAT THINGS.

October 2001 - Dunn Cox gave $10,000.00 towards GREAT THINGS. Special thanks to Mr. Christopher Bovell.

April 2001 - Thanks to George Wakeland for contributing J$6000.00 towards the Chapel Garden project under the GREAT THINGS programme. He is the brother of the late Gloria Thompson.

August 2000 - The General Manager of H & L True Value, Mr. Oscar P. Kerr Jnr. was kind enough to donate a new front door to our main office, the DITTO Business Centre. We are very grateful as the old door was in a terrible state of disrepair. Thank you H & L True Value.

July 2000 - $10,000 towards upgrading computer equipment from Life Member Madge Thompson.

June 2000 - The NCB Staff Training Centre allowed 2 of the Guild's staff members to attend a course free of charge, in order to assist with their overall training and development. The 4 day course entitled "Mastering the Art of Communication" will greatly assist how they interact with our various publics. Special thanks to Mrs. Alison Martin, the Manager of the Centre. She is also a graduate and a UWIAA member.

April 2000 - The Executive Director for Alumni Affairs was presented with a cheque of over $400,000.00 from the Student Exam Support Fund, by Founder and Secretary Treasurer, Louis Marriott, Dr. Joyce Robinson - Committee Member, Mrs. Fay Saunders, Chairman of the Fund, Mrs. Gloria Owen - Committee Member. Trevor Barrett, Guild of Graduates Treasurer also witnessed the presentation. These funds will be used as the seed money for our scholarships and bursaries fund and will allow these to be increased to be more in line with tuition expenses (see The Great Things Programme)
