The HRD Alumni Association was formed in October 1999 out of a desire to maintain the network and contribute to the professional and social development of the membership. An interim Executive was appointed and subsequently confirmed and remains to date:

At the Annual General Meeting of the MSc HRD Alumni Association held on April 19, 2005 a new executive was elected as follows:

Mable Hall - Asst. Treasurer
Audley Carter - Public Relations Officer

Activities and Objectives include:
  1. Presentations/Discussion on subjects of interest to HR Practioners
  2. Participation in orientation of new cohorts
  3. Recognition by the MSc. HRD Programme as an organization of relevance to the field.
  4. Participation in the UWIAA “Alumni Week” and UWI Commemoration Activities
  5. Publication of HRD Briefs Newsletter
  6. Quarterly Limes
  7. Annual Christmas Parties
  8. Networking and Employment Opportunities
