Athelstan Bellamy - President

Athelstan Gilbert Bellamy is a retired banker having served over 30 years with distinction in the commercial banking sector. He was educated at the University of the West Indies and Nova Southeastern University, where he received a degree of B.Sc (Hons.) Management Studies, and Master of Business Administration respectively. He also holds a Certificate in Banking from the Institute of Bankers, London.

During the tenure of his banking career he held management positions in Private Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury Operations and Investments. He has strong leadership and interpersonal skills which has been the hallmark of his success.

An accomplished saxophonist, karate instructor (6th degree Black Belt in Shotokan karate) and photographer. Mr Bellamy is also a Past President of the Rotary Club of New Kingston. He presently serves as a member of the Board of Management Mona High School, member of the Jamaica Chambers of Commerce Education Committee. He is a member of the Kingston Cricket Club and a life member of the UWIAA Jamaica Chapter and the Jamaica Rifle Association.
