Link up with alumni from the Bahamas, Belize, Cayman and the Turks & Caicos Islands. The UWIAA (Jamaica Chapter) is responsible for alumni in these territories and is assisted "on the spot" by:

Bahamas
Mr. Matthew William, Resident Tutor and Head of the UWI School of Continuing Studies in the Bahamas.

Mr. Matthew William is a Life Member of the UWIAA. He has represented the UWI in the Bahamas from 1990 and is Resident Tutor and Head of the UWI School of Continuing Studies in the Bahamas. He was educated in England and the U.S.A., specializing in Spanish and French, Education and Administration and obtained his Masters degree from the University of Miami. A Caribbean man, he was born in Aruba, established the Grenadian Mission Venezuela in 1980, was Ambassador for Grenada, resident in Venezuela, from 1980-85 and is now a Bahamian. He is actively encouraging UWI alumni in the Bahamas to become involved and "give back" to their alma mater.
